This key is not only valid, it's tied to our Microsoft account and has been successfully installed and activated on this same machine before (as recently as 2 days ago). Calling the automated activation line takes me through all the steps, then tells me that the product key is invalid. Now that I'm trying to activate Office, it's again telling me the product key is invalid. I downloaded and installed Office from there and everything worked fine. I was able to log into the Microsoft account it was already tied to where I found the same product key listed as one of the purchased keys. When I went to install Office 2013, just typing the product key (which had already been successfully installed and activated on this same machine earlier) told me the product key was invalid. I reinstalled Windows, then reinstalled all the same software that had been installed before the rebuild. I just rebuilt one of our machines that had been giving its user some problems.
